Peel off the back of a self adhesive shelf or drawer liner and apply the sticky vinyl film across the mirror pressing it.
Cover the wall mirror tiles with self adhesive contact paper.
A wire saw is a long abrasive wire with a small handle on each end.
Use a back and forth motion with firm pressure.
Get a strong string or cord about 3 ft long.
If the mirror doesn t pull from the wall easily repeat cutting through the adhesive with the wire in the opposite.
The mineral spirits will not remove all of the adhesive but some will be removed and the remainder will be loosened.
Slip a wire saw over the back edge of a mirror tile working it between the tile and the wall.
Scrub the adhesive with the scrub brush.
For larger mirrors use a wire saw to cut the adhesive behind the mirror.
That all being said there can definitely be too much of a good thing especially when mirrors are concerned.
Pull the mirror off the wall gently taking care not to shatter the glass.
Scrape the remaining backing foam off the wall the best you can with a putty knife.
Place string behind 12 mirror and use a sawing motion back and forth.
If the tiled area is large start.
The string will cut through the foam backing strips holding the mirror to the wall.
Smaller mirrors can simply be heated with a blow dryer or heat gun which will melt the adhesive on the back and make them easy to remove.
