To permanently patch the crack we used an epoxy injection system from polygem called the liquid concrete repair kit 60. The injection process fills the crack from top to bottom from inside to outside. If this is just a wall above ground on both sides you can mix up some concrete patch and fill the hole back in. Surecrete s solid cement filler is a single component just add water cement based chemical patching compound system providing a patch that goes from 1 8 0 32 cm and up. If the holes were smaller i would use hydraulic cement which actually slightly expands as it cures with about a 3 4 minute working time.

Injecting a typical wall crack with an epoxy or urethane resin is done under pressure pushing the material from the inside all the way to the outside. If you do have hollow cinder block walls then yes you will need to use a filler like spray foam for areas the holes go all the way into the center. Holes this large make that type of fix impractical. If this is a retaining wall you need to fix the problem ont he other side of the wall first.

Concrete is is a lot coarser and includes large rocks and gravel. A huge hole in the cement wall that separates our garage from our basement.
